According to the latest Quebec Cannabis Survey from the Institut de la statistique du Québec, the proportion of young people who have used cannabis has fallen from 33% to 28% among 18-20 year-olds, and from 42% to 36% among 21-24 year-olds. In addition, the proportion of young users who have vaped cannabis is also down, from 62% to 57%.

Santé Cannabis is currently seeking healthy volunteers to participate in a research study to evaluate the absorption and distribution time of various oral formulations of CBD. To participate, volunteers will need to make at least 4 visits to their Montreal clinic, as well as take blood samples. Participants will receive up to $1300.

Medical cannabis is more effective than prescription and over-the-counter sleeping pills in relieving sleep disorders, according to a survey of 1,000 patients. According to the survey results, nearly 70% of patients said that cannabis was a better sleep aid than prescription sleeping pills, and over 90% said that medical cannabis was more effective than over-the-counter sleeping pills.
