Industrial hemp represents a strategic opportunity for Quebec.
In agriculture, construction, food, textiles, and biomaterials, it can help develop local, sustainable, forward-looking solutions to meet the challenges of the future.
In collaboration with the cannabis industry, this sector can also give rise to large-scale projects that showcase local expertise, support innovation, and contribute to the decarbonization of Quebec’s economy.
There are several ways to support the responsible development of the hemp and cannabis industry in Quebec.
